When a customer books an appointment, the staff member assigned to the service is automatically sent an email to inform them about the date and time. The system also sends a calendar invite to the customer so they can remember to show up on the proper date and time. If you have multiple locations, you can easily set up booking options for each building.

As an example, let’s say you run a gym with five personal trainers. You can enter the schedule for each personal trainer through the back-end of BreezeBook, then the customer can book the times they want to work out on your website.
